Terms & Conditions for  Rooms:

• Additional rooms or extension of stay sought after the confirmation would be subject to availability of the same.
• Charges for usage of telephone, laundry, room service, business centre, smoke, room heater, transportation, sightseeing, etc and any other facility utilized other than as part of the package will be charged as per actual usage at hotel’s normal rates.

Check in and check out time is 12 noon. However the early arrival or late departure will be subject to availability based on following terms and conditions:

• Early arrival  before 12 am or late departure beyond 4pm will be charged additionally @50% of mentioned rates.
• Early arrival before 09 am or late departure beyond 5pm will be charged additionally @100% of mentioned rates.
